Reviews seem to be edited..

Before purchasing something, I read the reviews. Have you noticed that the reviews don’t post the date of the reviews anymore but instead say “one year ago”, one month ago, 2 years ago? Some reviews are used from purchases made elsewhere. HSN borrowed “verified purchase” from Amazon and also, I see some reviewers are getting a free product for a review. So now I can’t trust the reviews anymore. I always depended upon real honest reviews from people who had no incentive to review a product but their own opinion and experience. If HSN really wanted to copy something from Amazon, they’d improve their search engine to make it easier for the customer to find something. The website is hardly up to date about size availability. I can’t search for pants with pockets because I’m given every pant available. This situation doesn’t work for me. How about you?

HSN updated their review software recently, and I’ve noticed that I can edit my reviews. Maybe that’s what you mean?
I’m really put off by people who get free products. I want free products, too! I see the same thing on Sephora. I don’t want to buy something that other people get for free.

  A few months back I no longer got reviews. on any products. I called customer service, and they said they couldn’t help me. I stopped buying anything that I can’t get a review. I have certain products that I buy because I have purchased them in the past. I either buy local or from Amazon. Have been with HSN from its inception but find that they are no longer relevant.
