Refer a Friend pop up really annoying..

Why is there an X on the Refer a Friend popup while playing a game? It doesn’t work very well. Unless you’re very precise, you’ll get the Refer a Friend page and lose your game. Then you have to access the game again. I don’t being used in this way. I will never give a friend’s info to HSN. The best way to attract customers, HSN, is to provide quality products at a fair price.

I referred my sister and a friend of mine. BOTH of them purchased from HSN and I never received a dime. Done doing that. Customer service is clueless as usual.

So happy to see I’m not the only one who feels this way. I have a touchscreen and widen the screen until the popup is gone from my sight. I dislike popups of any kind but this one is the worst because you just can’t get rid of it. Having it on the gaming page is so overdone.

Yes, i have lost so many game scores because of that pop up. No matter what screen I’m on thru out the site, if I click on it I get sent back to the beginning of the page. We certainly don’t need to look at it the whole time we are on here. We see it….we click on it….poof it should be gone.
Right now, I am looking at it and if I were to click on it, I would lose this message and have to start all over again.

you certainly speak the truth. That pop up is set up to stay on way to long and to “pop up” too often..HSN needs to Hop -up and adjust…
