Good morning, so after many phone calls and many emails, some from the arcade team and some from customer service I decided to take a different approach. I filed a complaint with the Division of Consumer Services
Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
Last Monday I received an email from them and they ask me for any related information I had. I took a pic of the actual prize showing the date that I had won, ( this needs to be done ASAP prize winners drop off after a few weeks) a copy of HSN rules for playing the game and copies of all the emails. Then Friday UPS came, I had not ordered anything so I was surprised to see that I had received my prize from HSN. It is illegal for any business to post prizes to be given out and the prizes not given. I am not happy with the way I had to go about this, but very pleased of the outcome. I hope anyone that is having the same issues will make sure to do the following, take a pic of the prize won, start sending emails instead of phone calls. If anyone needs help let me know. Has there been any response at all from HSN? This is so disappointing.
I’m sure there are many others with the same issue, but just don’t take the take to look into this. Thanks, addynelly for your attempt in letting people know about this.

I copied their regulations on prize winners, it states that they have two weeks to notify winners and 30 days for winners to respond and 5 -8 weeks for prizes to ship. I am filing a formal complaint with the attorney generals off ice in Florida and the BBB.

My sister “won” the Moreno water treatment for hair. This was last year. After many emails, calls, etc., a lady finally told her she would send her a confirmation # when it was shipped. She waited, and waited, and waited, etc. They have yet to return her calls, or emails.

Anyone who has a an issues getting their prize should let me know. It has worked to get at least one person theirs, but they won months before me. I have called and emailed everyone within HSN. No one really cares. But I am not giving up. When I talk to someone again I will mention how long you have been waiting.

Oh wow, this is frightening. Good luck @addynelly I sure hope you can get some action to be taken and something done. I’m always so sad to not win the prizes especially when there are some I feel just so sure about. But maybe it’s been a blessing in disguise. Admire your persistence. Wonder if there are similar experiences from people who have “won” the gift card/credit???

That’s ok, my next email goes to the attorney generals office. What they are doing is against the law.

I’ve been through the EXACT same thing, been waiting for over 9-10 months. Won the Beekman sweet grass odor eliminator, confirmed my Gmail, etc. Good luck, I’ve run out of energy.

I have checked my spam and no one from the fulfillment or the arcade emails are responding. If this has been an ongoing issue. It is illegal, and HSN needs to be called out for it. If it is a mistake then you would think that someone would respond. I am not backing down from this. If anyone else besides me and coolmaine have experienced this same issue I would like to know.

I won a prize 12-3-19. I replied to the email and I have received nothing . Everyone I send an email to they refer me to someone else. I also emailed HSN Prize Fullment still nothing. I have been referred to at least 4 different people. They wanted me to send them a copy of the original email received which I did and still nothing.

@addynelly, you should have received an email from HSN Prize fulfillment. Check in your emails from 2 weeks ago. It may have ended up in your spam emails.
