I won a make-up palette my wife loves it but she stated there was no makeup brush- why give or sell with no makeup brush!!!!!!!!!!!!! even the dtore bought brands have a brush!!??

She can buy some nice brushes. I don’t think I would use a finger to apply eye shadow. It could contaminate the makeup.

It’s not at all unusual for makeup to be sold without brushes.
