Points for EGGZ Game

I enjoy HSN games and although I have never won anything, I like to use the points to sign up for the weekly prizes. There’s always a chance that I might win something! I enjoy the EGGZ game, but I do not get the points. All I get is a black screen. Is there anything I am doing wrong on my part? Thank you very much.

This happens to me also, then I lose my tickets and I have to reload the page. HSN can you fix this please?
