
No see, no play!
I have not been able to see full page for at least 8 hrs.

They make it difficult to get in touch with tech dept. I was on live chat with customer service and of course no help. Just said will let them know, yea right. I filled out the feedback section 2 times with these complaints and another section to give my opinion. I tried wherever possible to complain about missing parts of the page and scores etc. I know I wasted my time this week and hope the techs are working on this and should have been worked on to begin with knowing that the flash player would not be available anymore. I read when doing a search about replacements for flash player that developers should have migrated to the HTML5 in order to not have these issues. What makes no sense at all is you can see your score on top of the rewards page and the leaderboard at the bottom of that page, yet cannot see it on the game page or while playing games. Its ridiculous that we or I at least cannot enjoy doing my daily ritual that I have done for years at this arcade. Even though I can play the very few games I play when I cannot see my score that takes the joy out of it for me and I played much less this week. I hate going back and forth to the rewards page to check but still not sure if all games were computed. Beyond frustrated!!!!

I am no longer getting the game of the week. I no longer get the display of my points. I thought it was my iPad. Glad to see it’s not. How sad that HSN doesn’t care.

Been getting worse and worse since HSN was sold to the QURATE GROUP for 2+ billion $$. They don’t give a 💩 except their bottom line. Everything has gone to the 👹👹

I’ve had the same problem with games page not displaying. I did find a way to get to them.
it is round about, but it works for me (Windows 10, Edge browser).
go to arcade
select ‘rewards store’
go to the bottom of the page and select to play ‘jigsaw puzzle’
at the bottom of this page select the game of the week, when this comes up you can see ‘all games” below it

I agree with you all. Last time “Roll 5” was the GOTW I told them that the game was not working and only a partial screen came up. I was told that the regular community no longer was in charge of helping to get games fixed. I was told I need to find help somewhere else. “Roll 5” is one of my favorite games and I never had problems with it before. When we used to get the chance to enter for 3-4 pages of prizes it was a lot of fun and I did a lot more shopping discovering products I did not know they carried just because I saw them in the prize page. Now I only get the bras I like when they are on sale. No more impulse buying for me!!!! I guess I will go to both “Customer Service ” hmm….. and Tech support and see if they will fix the games and we can see if they even care. Everybody contact customer service.

Why won’t they fix this? I am hardly playing and do not like not seeing my points while playing. And the game page is still missing the game of the week and the ticket leader board on the bottom of page. Its bad enough they took away many good games I used to play. Its just not a fun escape as it was before. I did not even get a response from the email I sent.

Been this way 24 hrs. They could give a 💩 about it. This Qurate Group ownership has ruined Arcade since buying HSN. This HSN Community is another waste too. It does nothing to better anything🤔 HSN ARCADE👎👎

I am sorry, but someone else must have addressed this, why do you keep going to hsn arcade and community if it is as “awful” as you say? why waste your time posting this stuff all the time…. perhaps instead of spending time on this site that your obviously can’t stand, you should consider doing some charity work, volunteering or even reading some uplifting books…..try alex trebex’ s new one ….i really do not mean to be mean, i just do not understand you.
