No response from HSN for winning on the jigsaw puzzle (blondie77). Still waiting
I do agree I am disappointed about not getting my prize but will wait to see if I receive it. I still love HSN’s products and the representatives that I have spoken to in the past have been helpful and kind. This is an arcade problem in which I did my part in notifying them and a prize on an arcade would be nice but not going to worry about it any further. I hope the rest of you get your prizes.

I am disappointed also with the lack of response from the Prize Fullfillment Team. The customer service representatives have been kind and professional so we know HSN overall is certainly not indicative of the disrespect we have been shown,. Quite sad, really.

Considering this seems to be a pattern now, I’d ask about it on Twitter @ HSN and @AGAshleyMoody. HSN seems to get back to people on twitter the very same day!

OH MY!! I have heard back from HSN and received the prize for the Daily TS Puzzle on August 13! It does take awhile but my faith in HSN has been restored:-)
