No Puzzle? Only a few games?

One week later and once again, no picture puzzle and only a few games to play because you can’t get past the click on the game and are left in the dark. You click the little padlock, click “Allow”, close that box but no “Reload” box comes up to allow access to most of the games or the picture puzzle of the day. PLEASE HELP!
