No double tickets again?

I don’t understand why double tickets only seem to randomly show up from week to week during our 24hr window to earn them. Sometimes a different game will give them to you. When “dark Dimensions” is the GOTW, double tickets are earned when you play Mahjong Dimensions. It is inconsistent. I happen to like “Landing Party” and would have earned a nice batch of double tickets by now.
