New Games Are Coming Your Way

I would like to see the new version of Twizzle instead of this old one. It is a much better game than the old Twizzle. It is already up on many sites that use Arcadium. Why not HSN?

So, the general consensus seems to be that the new games are janky and the tickets awarded are a pathetic joke. Yet HSN cannot even be bothered to respond to these numerous complaints, much less acknowledge that they are aware of our concerns. Apparently, HSN DOESN’T care.

Well, guess what, HSN? There are better places to play games, and better places to spend our money.

My favorite games are no longer there…spacehunt and flipout 😟

I hate the new games and want the old ones back.

I won’t be playing any of these new games. Can’t believe you took off the only game I like to play ,space hunt! Terrible choice of new games. Too many word puzzles and sudoku. Flip out is gone, trizzle better still be there! I’m tired of these changes cause they’re not for the better. HSN, rethink this move..

My favorites are now gone and probably so am I-you need to re-think this decision-you are losing customers to the HSN buying site as well!

Funny how you ask for our feedback on the whole deal and don’t respond to any of our concerns. This is not how you should treat paying AND playing customers.

I’ve gone elsewhere where I can still play my old games (be it temporary flash or html 5, as there are both).

P.S. Tickets here are a joke, as you have a better chance of being struck my lightning than winning anything.

I am really sad that Bryx will no longer be supported. Lately it has been VERY SLOW and it’s impossible to get a good score and so frustrating! The game has been a way to connect with others who like it and we nightowls kinda meet up at the same time and play. Sorry to see it go and will miss connecting with others of like mind. 🙁 ps. Having trouble with the new games loading.

I hope the arcade team is at least reading this thread! The new games are pathetic. I cannot see me “living” in any of these games like I did Match & Merge and Sparks. ……..The tickets paid are are really low. Not even worth playing for that amount for the time it takes. At least raise the ticket amount. And fix the existing games!!!! Flip Out cannot even play a full game! The pictures show no picture with “IMAGE COMING SOON” as the picture. And the game locks up/freezes in the 3rd or 4th round sometimes the 1st round. I”ve had a request in to customer service for several weeks to contact the arcade team to fix this game, but even as of today …the removal of our favorite game day….Flip Out still does not work.

My games are going away and so am I. I’ll go play Facebook games. They know how to update old Flash games without changing them.

Why do you have to eliminate games that most of your customers enjoy? Other websites that I play games on that used to use Adobe Flash Player are converting their games to a new system that doesn’t require Adobe.

I, like many others, like “flip Out”. It is not loading properly. Can that be fixed and can you please keep the “old” games until adobe flash is no longer available? It would be to HSN’s advantage because I purchase many items in between games. If you have noticed, I have not been in the Arcade 1/4 th as much as in the past. I don’t really like watching TV because it’s the same old same old! Thanks for your time reading this!
