How do you get any assistance with the moderators’ with issues or is it wasting time 🤔

Thanks for your reply. I did stop everything but I thought, if nobody complains then nothing gets corrected so I started back again.OODIEBOM.
I understand the pandemic and the strain it has put on businesses. My wife just ordered something and it was here in 8 days which isn’t to bad. Our local delivery has really been up & down. Use to set a clock daily and mail would be hear but todays arrived close to dark.You all have a good night

within Community (fastest way) under Customer Service. Using this area gives a quicker answer.-

Thanks for your reply. Have done what you suggested but don’t think they will reply just because HSN is no longer running the Arcade. This new owner could give a 💩 about us players. Use to email HSN and they would reply but no emails contact now. Arcade has gone straight to H*LL in my 👀

Many of HSN staff have been working from home since the pandemic took a hold. Florida has been hard hit and as of now, though some improvement, one of the offshoots is now here. It also takes longer to receive a package from HSN. Since I need to know when packages arrive, there has been added notes to e-mail for patience since many of our postal people have covid Keep trying.
