Just a heads up on the Spendable cash won here

I never got any Spendable Kash from the Arcade. Rats.

Hey I just used Spendable cash I received on a return item – $19.74. Two items were $11.99 and $9.99, respectively each on 5 x flexpay. I Total was $29+ S & H I applied spendable cash amount- total came to $25+!!! I called customer service she says “ spendable cash can only be applied to one item, higher priced item”. I said NO! It’s always been applied to Total Due”! I’m !

Several years ago if you won in the Arcade, HSN would have you fill out a W9 form so that if your winnings for the year exceeded $600, they would report it as income to the IRS and then issue you a 1099MISC at the end of the year. I returned an item I bought with Kash and argued that since it was income that I’d be paying tax on, it was just like “real money” and I should get it refunded. They agreed.

I don’t understand the “third party” argument. You won it in the HSN arcade, and it was placed in your HSN account where you can only use it to buy items from HSN. Who’s the “third party”?

That sucks!!! It’s been over a year since I’ve bought from here…quality is bad.
