Today I can no longer play the Today’s Special Jigsaw Puzzle as Adobe Flash is no longer accessible but pop-up, when selecting game, says is required to play. Is there a fix for this?

Hi everyone! I just heard back and sadly the game has to be converted to an HTML5 version and we have to wait until it is provided. In the meantime, you can visit our mobile website to play the puzzle. I really am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

  Krissy, I’m not knowledgeable in “tech language” so does this mean it (the puzzle in order to win the amount of the today’s special) can only be played from a smart phone? We only have a “dumb” phone we can’t play any games on. We play from a personal computer (desktop). What can we do? Do we wait for the puzzle to come out later on the newer whatever it’s called? I noticed that people’s names are listed on the leaderboard for “Today’s scores” so some people must be playing. Are they on their smart phones? Is there some other way to play? Thank you so very much for addressing this situation. Bless your heart for caring about us! We do appreciate it.

  Hi @debhlynn7 & @loreleis you’re very welcome. We are working with our Arcade vendor to get an updated version of the games that run Flash. Fingers crossed we do get them sooner rather than later. Regarding the puzzle, I can only speculate the scores posted are from those who play on their mobile devices. I believe that you can access a mobile version on a PC desktop, but you may have to google how to do so. I’ll keep an eye on any updates and provide them as soon as I can.

  Thank you so much Krissy for letting us know the current status! Hopefully they’ll get to it sooner rather than later. I only play on my pc, not a mobile app so will have to wait.

I to wrote about this under “Flash Player?” I miss the puzzle. I wrote to customer service and asked them to forward my complaint about the jig saw puzzle and flash player. I just removed Flash Player from my computer like you are supposed to – perhaps the computer team missed this one and maybe they are working from home on a small staff because of COVID – I don’t know, but one thing is for sure, they need to do some work on the Arcade. Trizzle still goes into “Nan” and the score gets lost when I am doing well! I have complained about that too months ago but it has not been fixed. Anyway, I have not received an answer from customer service yet about the puzzle to see if they will alert the Arcade team for me. I hope they will as I don’t think the team monitors the community conversations unless they start them.

This is all true but if you want anyone who can do anything to see this thread you will have to post it under customer service not under arcade. Give it a try and see what happens. Best of luck…I hope it helps.

I do hope they bring in a replacement for the Today’s Special Jigsaw Puzzle. I signed in daily, special to play that game. I do not play any of the other puzzles that have been here. Very disappointed…..I miss it.
The only thing that came up when I clicked on it to play was a big square sign with a big FI in it.

I was hoping that they would have a replacement for Todays Special Value puzzle when flash went away. They could have made a replacement. I am so disappointed, it’s part of my daily routine and my main reason to log into HSN online because my cable company doesn’t carry HSN.

It’s not like this is a surprise, everyone at HSN tech has been aware of the end for at least 2 years.

Just another huge disappointment.

I am in agreement as well. I have not heard of any alternatives to playing the games, but we were warned many months ago that Flash would no longer be available. Please help.

I 2nd that. What is the fix? Without Today’s Special Jigsaw Puzzle, I have no interest in visiting the HSN website and I don’t watch it on cable TV. Surely you had a plan for this.
