IT'S FRIDAY NIGHT. TIME FOR TRIVIA. MARCH 31, 2023 FOR OODIEBOM until Oodiebom.
Friday Night Trivia March 31, 2023
For Oodiebom, just until she joins us tonight:
Questions can be found in the Rewards Store within the Arcade, And begin between 8 pm and 8:05 pm DST depending upon your computer clock. There are six questions during the game. The last question is posted between 10:30 pm and 10:35 pm EST. Again, depending upon your computer clock. Each question lasts approximately 30 minutes, so you will need to come up with the correct response within that time frame. If you answer incorrectly, you will see a red “OOPS.” The incorrect response will not count against you unless the time is up. Each correct answer is worth 200 tickets to use in the Rewards Store against the Featured or Current Sweepstakes. So, before you tear your hair out, before you give up, just return to this thread where one or more of us will be able to help. Also, join us in light conversation, ideas or whatever and LET THE FUN BEGIN….
NOTE; Sometimes a little gremlin will pose a question that requires a number. In those instances it may not accept for example 16. It’s the correct response, but you may need to spell it out: sixteen. Other times there may be a two word answer such as: Happy Birthday. Happy Birthday may need to be written as one word: Happybirthday. There are also times when the answer is a plural even though the question seems to reflect something that isn’t. However, sometimes it is easier to check this thread for the correct response.one hour.

Hello Maxienne, how are you? What bread have you made lately?
-
My Fav. has defaulted to Japanese Milk Bread. I just Googled it, and a slew of recipes came up. It’s realllly soft white bread, that keeps fresh for much longer than most home-made breads. The secret is : You have to COOK a few spoons of flour in a combination of milk and water and when it’s cool enough, incorporate it into the reg. dough. I l.o.v.e bread of every kind , but (my bad) especially white bread.
hi to all.

Maxienne, that Japanese Milk Bread sounds delicious 😋.
I made Ciabatta bread today for the first time. Came out so good. -
I’ve attempted ciabatta once, but was not thrilled with the results – the holes were not as large as those in the pic. you posted. Will try yours soon.
Tip: An article re the best white cake mixes had a surprising winner. Walmart’s Great value cake mix. It beat out Betty Crocker n Duncan Hines. There was 1 that actually was #1, but I had never heard of it, and the article said that since it sold for more than $5 a box, they recommended Walmart’s at $ 0.98!!!

Hi Sanibelsheller, how are you? Have your area warm up some?
-
Hi, Xango. It has been raining & thundering for hours now. It is 38 out, so thank goodness there is no snow yet. Forecast for the next week is in the 40’s.
How is it in Florida?
-
Sanibelsheller, here in Polk County we are under a Burn ban. It’s been so dry, no rain like in the past years when Florida use to rain constantly.
We have been having Summer temperatures, mid to high eighties and low nineties.
