Issue playing at arcade
Anybody having issues playing arcade. Any game I try to play just sits there spinning to connect but won’t. Internet full strength and everything else works, Google etc just arcade.

Good morning Arcade players, day 2 and looks like no advance into fixing the issues at hand. Nothing has changed. I tried playing GOTW, took awhile to load, played and at end got the black screen no tickets so why play. Tried scrolling down to find Eggz Blast(GOTW) and all it does is white screen spinning never connecting to play game. Not wasting my time. Hopefully it will get fixed this year🤔🥴 Arcade now is getting to be OBJ

I have played several games by reloading the page after the ad gets stock. It is also loading my points so I think by reloading it skips the ad problem. You would think HSN would want to appease their advertisers! Fix please!

Hi Ariel626, thanks for your insight. This is becoming awful now 2 days and no improvement yet. Still waiting on reply from moderator who said she would look into this 2 days ago but 🤔 My thought on this is a waste of our time because the new HSN owners could care less about us players. The truth does hurt but that is how I see it. Arcade has continued to have more issues, longer fix times, less communication and overall failing.

This is ridiculous that no one will fix this. I have been doing the reload and is quite annoying to do it after only 1 game. Only just around 2 weeks it was working fine after the issue with not using flash player and missing parts of the page with our scores at the top or the game of the week. Now here we go again that all of it shows up and yet the games don’t pop up and only able to play a little by refreshing the page. Its amazing how the cheaters seem to be managing to get their high scores in the hundreds of thousands and a million or so for the week. So whatever they use to get these unrealistic scores seems senseless and not really playing the games, just to show off against others who can score the highest, ridiculous!!! Even the high scores listed on all games really seem unrealistic to get. I know one game I think just the regular solitaire game shows I had this crazy amount of points and I know I never got that. And the tri peaks solitaire I know my highest score ever was 3,558 and its rare that many players get even in the 3,000’s maybe will see 3 or 4 the most a week. So to be ranked in the 6,000 plus place does not sound right at all. This game site is worse than ever especially with taking many good games away and replacing with lousy ones and just 2 that I play a little the points are so low and games take longer to play. Also, they changed the format a little with the eggz game and can never get the scores I used to and many times do not even get the points added onto my scores. The fun of this site has worn off.

Problem with the ads. Not sure what games you play, but I have found this to work. Load the game let the ad spin for a few turns and then hit the refresh icon. Most games will load. The down side is that you will have to do this every other time, but a least you can play.

I thought that maybe since I hadn’t taken Flash Player off, that this was the reason why I couldn’t play the games. One out of 12 would play but wasted hours trying with no success. Extremely frustrated. Does anyone have trouble who took flash player off their computer? I asked Krissy from HSN how to take it off ’cause I’m worried about security. Can anyone help me figure how to take it off?

Good evening, hope everyone is fine. I am still showing the continuing issues that I posted 1 day ago. By my count I have played 12 games today receiving tickets while playing games without tickets. I didn’t keep record of that but was more than 1🤣😄. Still get continuous loading, black screens no tickets. Example, GOTW works and doesn’t and if scrolling down to play it just spins. Good luck to you all and hopefully issues will get corrected but ” DON’T HOLD YOUR BREATH”. 🤣😀

I can play some games, then others NO. The games that won’t play, I have played at other times today. Sometimes if I shut down the laptop & start again, it works for a time.

Hey diablo1, appreciate your comment. I tested multiple games and were the same as of last night and today. EGGZ Blast would play once in awhile give and not give tickets but overall all games just sit and spin. Hopefully it gets back to normal but keep breathing🤣😀 Have a good night🙂

This has been going on since Wednesday. And troubleshooting still has “download flashplayer!” I also chatted with someone who said they haven’t been given information. What?! I don’t know where else to go for assistance.

Doe the new HSN ARCADE realize us players support them in all areas🤔 Been 24 hrs since I posted this issue and what has changed, NOTHING😱 We are all suffering with this and if we stand together maybe something might change but DON’T HOLD YOUR BREATH. Hi all!! I, too, have the same issues. Just let me add my 2 cents…………..if the issue was with their on line ordering, the problem would have been fixed within minutes. Perhaps IT can do the same for Arcade issues. BUT like so many have said, I’m not holding my breath.

I am currently playing the games Mahjong Solitaire and Mahjong Monday Night on my iPad.
No problems so far. Arcade games on my laptop don’t work at all…this is day number two.Btw, no problem with other websites…

Hi AFKERNEL, Don’t expect this IT group to solve the issues at hand that quick. Ever since HSN was bought by the QURATE GROUP in 2017, arcade has gone straight 👎👎, more issues, can’t communicate thru email anymore and issue after issue without fixing. Most issues seem to take a week and don’t know why. Guess the QURATE GROUP’S IT TEAM needs to take classes to sharpen their 🧠 🤔

Hi gingerbread13, thanks for the support. I had contacted thru community the moderators’ support group and explained. Gave her info and said will contact me once arcade reviews. Today 2nd day.
