Issue playing at arcade

Anybody having issues playing arcade. Any game I try to play just sits there spinning to connect but won’t. Internet full strength and everything else works, Google etc just arcade.

I am having the same issues. It works after a while and then returns to the spin. I am wondering if the weather has something to do with this. On the West Coast of Florida we are dealing with strong wind gusts. Cable seems to be OK, but my wifi keeps going in and out. And in the Northeast I am wondering if people are without cable and electricity due to the N’oreaster. I didn’t think of commenting because of the weather conditions and because satellite contact could be a big question mark today.

  Just wanted to be sure it wasn’t just me. I live in Jacksonville and the wind has blown hard for 2 days and cold. I have had no issues with anything except HSN APP. They never communicate with anybody.

Seems to be stuck on ads. Won’t go to ad just spins on black screen before ads & stays there.

  Hi fem, thanks for your response. I did find out if you played GAME OF THE WEEK it would play but when finished and continue you would get BLACK SCREEN NO TICKETS or receive tickets but would just spin and be stuck. I recently played a lot so maybe they fixed but who knows. Have a good night👍

Having the same problems too. It’s only hsn, everything else seems to connect fast with zero problems.

  Thanks Xango. Been 6+ hours since this was posted and still same issues. Get black screen circle loading or white screen square loading. Have tried variety of games but nothing. You would think Arcade would communicate through this Community on this but🤔 Enjoy your morning.

day two and I am still getting no response on arcade games, any idea when this will be resolved?

  Looks like another day of nothing getting corrected but this is the new HSN ran by the QURATE GROUP. Funny how arcade was soooo good but now sooooooo bad. Your guess is as good as mine on when it is resolved. They seem not to care. Have a good day

I’ve been having this trouble for a while now. I too had thought it was my internet connection, but it’s not. Every other site I use works great.

Well, I was just now able to access Beauty Report Solitaire. But after a couple of seconds I received the message “Game not accessible, Dismiss” I sure it doesn’t take HSN long to fix whatever is going on in Arcade.

  Hi Toberkins, Don’t hold your breath😱 It took them almost 1 week to get our nicknames and showing our ticket amounts back on screen. Been 15+ hours now since I posted this issue, so it will be sometime in the foreseen future 🤔 Have a good day.

Good morning, just to say I have tried different ways to see if Arcade has been resolved but NO it hasn’t. Found playing GOTW will play but may or may not receive tickets. Will have to restart to play again so this is a waste of time. Will check back this afternoon but DON’T count on it working then either. This is our NEW HSN ARCADE (THE QURATE GROUP) and from past experiences nothing good🤔😵👎 Everyone enjoy your day🙂

Second day for no games. I can’t even turn off the audio for what is playing at the moment on HsN.Hope they get them fixed soon, but I am not holding my breath. Good luck everyone

  Went to HELP, had a CHAT and told them my (our) issues. Being sent to Arcade Team. All send a message to see if it’ll get fixed faster!

  Hi gingerbread13, thanks for the support. I had contacted thru community the moderators’ support group and explained. Gave her info and said will contact me once arcade reviews. Today 2nd day. Who knows when a reply will appear🤔. In the meantime will have to hurry up and wait😱🤣😀 Have a great rest of your day.

  Hi AFKERNEL, Don’t expect this IT group to solve the issues at hand that quick. Ever since HSN was bought by the QURATE GROUP in 2017, arcade has gone straight 👎👎, more issues, can’t communicate thru email anymore and issue after issue without fixing. Most issues seem to take a week and don’t know why. Guess the QURATE GROUP’S IT TEAM needs to take classes to sharpen their 🧠 🤔

Hi everyone.

I am currently playing the games Mahjong Solitaire and Mahjong Monday Night on my iPad.
No problems so far. Arcade games on my laptop don’t work at all…this is day number two.

Btw, no problem with other websites…

  Thank you for the update. Wonder why iPads work fine compared to laptops, desktops and phones.🤔 My phone works semi but get black screen no tickets, then tickets then have to restart all over again. And you wonder why people get 🤔 Have a good rest of your day.

Hi all!! I, too, have the same issues. Just let me add my 2 cents…………..if the issue was with their on line ordering, the problem would have been fixed within minutes. Perhaps IT can do the same for Arcade issues. BUT like so many have said, I’m not holding my breath.

ridiculous…… only game thats come on is today’s marble game which is no fun because of the way they set it up.

why have games if we can’t play?

Doe the new HSN ARCADE realize us players support them in all areas🤔 Been 24 hrs since I posted this issue and what has changed, NOTHING😱 We are all suffering with this and if we stand together maybe something might change but DON’T HOLD YOUR BREATH.   Hey diablo1, appreciate your comment. I tested multiple games and were the same as of last night and today. EGGZ Blast would play once in awhile give and not give tickets but overall all games just sit and spin. Hopefully it gets back to normal but keep breathing🤣😀 Have a good night🙂

  This has been going on since Wednesday. And troubleshooting still has “download flashplayer!” I also chatted with someone who said they haven’t been given information. What?! I don’t know where else to go for assistance.
