Issue playing at arcade

Anybody having issues playing arcade. Any game I try to play just sits there spinning to connect but won’t. Internet full strength and everything else works, Google etc just arcade.

I understand the frustration with the arcade not working like it should. If I may ask that any comments be respectful towards each other and the moderators. Name calling is not only inappropriate and rude, but it also is against our Community Guidelines. You can find our guidelines here.

Hi everyone, we’re still working on the issues you’re still experiencing in the arcade. A bug report has been sent to our arcade vendor and are awaiting a response from them and any next steps.

I will provide an update once I receive any updated info. I want to share that while I may not be able to provide a daily or weekly update, just know that I am keeping a close eye on your concerns.

Any new issues arise, please let me know and I can bubble those up. I appreciate your patience and bearing with me while I get all these issues ironed out.

I shop here while I play games. I have spends thousands of dollars here in the past year. From king size mattress, Wolfgang Puck oven, shoes, beauty products and Perlier items. I can’t play these games anymore since they don’t load. Which means I will not be coming in here and won’t shop here if I am not playing in the Arcade.

Day 6 and where are we at with this issue(s)🤔 By the look at things, ground zero still😱 NO communication on progress with the players from any MODERATOR, which is normal. Keep up the GREAT WORK. 🤔😱😵🤮🤮🤮🤮👎👎👎

Try hitting you right button it brings up a screen hit Reload while the game is spinning. It will then come up. I have played the Mahjonng games and the card games I am on a laptop.

  Hi addynelly, thank you for your help in this awful issue that isn’t getting corrected. I hear laptops and desktops are working along with iPads but phones do not work or at least mine doesn’t and my phone is only 6 months old by Motorola. Going on 4 days now and🤔 Have a good rest of your day.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to provide an update regarding the arcade. Our arcade team has been in contact with our arcade vendor regarding the issues with the games that you have been experiencing. They are working to correct the issues as soon as they can.

I really am sorry for the inconvenience this has been causing and once I have more information I’d be more than happy to provide an update.

It wasn’t until I posted an update this morning to this moderator did we as arcade players get a reply that was a copy of my original post from her 3+ days ago. Nothing has been communicated. Besides that, she deleted my post so nobody could read and reply. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Hi, I did some experimenting with the games, When they started to spin I right clicked on them and hit Reload. I can play them that way. Hope it helps everyone.

Have the same problem in southwest Fl. I find that if i back out, reload HSN it has worked. It may take a couple times, but works. It of course it lets me play my game, but after a few it konks out again. Oh well. I get what I paid

I just realized if you get the continuous loading, refresh your screen and you can play the game. You can play all the games just once and have to reload to play again. I hope this help until they get a handle on it!

  Hi DAPDD, Thanks for the info. This started for me this morning but doesn’t always give you tickets after playing and takes more than once to reload before next game to be played. Either way some improvement but 🤔. It is a start so hopefully be the 1st of the week it might be resolved correctly. Thanks for the insight. Have a good morning.

  Hi pinkowl1623, yes tonight will start the 3rd day. Contacted the Community help 🤔 but have not heard back and probably won’t either. The days of the old Arcade are gone. The new owners don’t care as it shows. Guess we sit and wait it out but not in arcade. Just check back later. Not wasting my time sitting doing nothing. Have a good night😊

I was wondering if anyone was having problems with the games loading. Thought it may be my computer. Its been this way for a couple days.

  Hi addynelly, yes issues and NO idea when it will be corrected. At this rate, I am guessing a week. This new HSN Arcade IT group have no clue in my eyes. So sad that the old HSN is gone and all these issues pop up everyday. Enjoy the rest of your night.😊

How is it that this problem is not fixed yet? Its been days now. One can connect to Community, and all others except the Arcade, games don’t load, or takes for ever.

  Hi Xango, thanks for your comments. It beats me why🤔 I can’t believe it takes these IT 🧠s this long to figure it out especially in their own field or could it be others doing their work😱 Entirely too long but that is the new HSN ARCADE now, solo nice🤮🤮

I can’t get the arcade to load games. It gets stuck on the advertisement. This has been going on for 3 or 4 days

  Hi mamafox2, thanks for your concern. I contacted Community help 2 days ago and waiting on a response which by their response time could or could not receive a reply. Arcade really gone 👎 since the buyout. It seems they don’t care 1 way or the other but their bottom line only. Heck with Arcade players.

I HAVE REFRAINED FROM RESPONDING TO THE MANY ISSUES WITH THE ARCADE SITE.HOWEVER,THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS.IT IS A WASTE OF MY TIME TRYING TO PLAY NOT TO MENTION HOW AGGRAVATING IT IS. I DONOT THINK HSN IS INTERESTED IN FIXING THE PROBLEMS.I SUGGEST THEY CANCEL THE PRESENT CONTRACT AND GET A NEW VENDOR.THIS DOES NOT SEEM TO BE A PROBLEM WITH OTHER SITES.IF THEY CANNOT DO THIS THEN EITHER FIX IT OR TAKE IT OFF.NO ONE ENJOYS THIS PRESENT SITUATION.FYI I AM ABLE TO DO THE DJP ON MY IPAD GOOGLE CHROME.
