
Is Arcade calling it QUITS
I have played 10 games of EGGZ BLAST and have received 10 Black screens tickets given. Is this saying Arcade is leaving HSN🤔 I can’t believe once a highly played arcade had gone downhill to a point of this. I am new to Community and this tells me nobody care in Arcade, no support, no Moderator involvement in fixing these issues, no customer support unless you are buying their stuff and so on. Makes you think is buying worth all the hassle if issues happen purchasing items too🤔 What happened to the old HSN ARCADE🤔 This new owner QURATE RETAIL must not seem to care about anything but $$$$ and that is so wrong. You are now back to the original owners of HSN even though it is now part of QVC and the @urate Retail Group. If you can go back to the 90s this Company was about to go belly up, that is, until Barry Diller took over the reins. Under Mr. Diller this company went from bankrupt to a whole new retail outlet. I surmise that the Qurate group wanted HSN back so they could run it into the ground thus making QVC the one standing. It was their favorite channel after all. But in some instances, they are trying to get new vendors and a whole new adventure. Still, there hasn’t been much to give me the shopping experience that I once felt. Then in December 2020 Adobe said goodbye to it’s “Flash” Program. Thus began a whole new adventure with the Arcade. I do believe that the Pandemic set not only the Arcade Team back but also the rest of the Tech Unit trying to make the Web pages look interesting and to run as smoothly as possible. Most of the people had been working from home and still the pandemic in Florida has hit not only their employees real hard but their customers as well. I am actually a snowbird in Florida and have not returned to New England in over a year. Consequently, I also, have started to enjoy the games within the Arcade especially in the wee hours of the AM. Yes, it has been months since most of the games have worked. And yes, I have sent countless e-mails to the Mods. And yes, you do get an answer though it may not occur when you expect it. I also remember under the previous regime you could send an e-mail to the Arcade people and very rarely was there a response. The only thing I have learned from this is to have patience. I am sure that the Mods are monitoring the difficulties that we are all having with the Arcade. But you must remember that we are two people who are inquiring and they have countless of other problems to pursue where the Arcade is just one of them. I am also sure that they are just as frustrated as you are and sometimes as I am. You are not alone on this road. Many of the customers purchase products while playing. Many customers are alone as well and playing a game keeps them active. Maybe you do not like some of the subject matter. But please remember that this is an outlet for those who have lost a loved one and are reaching out to make new friends just by posting something that is dear to their heart and when there is an answer there is a new friend that they meet even though they don’t know their real name or see their faces.

Thank you for your reply. I still have doubts but let’s hope things get back to a normal situation so we can enjoy Arcade with NO Issues. We don’t need to hear excuses but good results for all.😀
