Issue after issue and getting NO SUPPORT FROM ANYONE. Can’t believe my 2nd day in Community and no responses to any of my concerns. What good is this conversation site getting 0 replies🤔 Just another waste of time like these issues not getting resolved by anyone including the FAMOUS MODERATORS😢 SO SAD QURAYE RETAIL had RUINED HSN and the loss of another customer in me.

It’s a joke! I won and received tickets for various contest… NEVER know/hear from HSN if you won ANYTHING! I won over a year or so ago. NEVER hear or received anything from HSN! It’s unfair to their customers
I’ve been a dedicated customer (almost), since the beginning. We, YOUR customers/members DESERVE MORE and BETTER!!! SHAME on HSN!!!! ☹️

  Thank you for your comments. These issues are driving me further and further away especially when nothing is corrected. I have only won 1 thing and I didn’t even know I did until it shows up in the mail many many yrs ago. Things have changed in Arcade and let’s hope they correct all their issues to get back to the days of fun😀
