Incorrect Points

I had over 1 million and 332 points that have suddenly disappeared! Now, both sets of points are WAY off and very low. My lifetime score shows 800!!! What is happening? I tried refreshing the page, but it didn’t help. It took me YEARS to earn those totals and I want them reinstated. Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
