Hello Arcade Players! The time has come to retire our Game of the Week, Friday Night Game Night and Rewards Store programs as we work to bring you a new and exciting Arcade experience in 2024. The last day of the Game of the Week sweepstakes will be 9/28 with the final winner announced on 9/29. This will be replaced by a featured weekly game so you can try a new, exciting game each week! The last Friday Night Trivia will also be held on 9/29.
Starting 10/2, tickets will no longer be awarded for playing games, but you will have until the end of the year to redeem your tickets in the Rewards Store. Tickets will be a thing of the past to make room for an improved, faster experience and fresh fun and new games while you shop, only at HSN!

I WISH EVERYONE WOULD QUIT COMPLAINING ABOUT THE “NO TICKETS OR PRIZES”. These days with things being taken away, at least we still have FREE games to play. Appreciate that!

Why am I not getting any points on any of my games

debbie, please go to the Arcade and the Rewards Store. As of this past weekend there are no more points being given and all the points accrued will go by the wayside by January 1st.

They’re going to give someone a seizure with that flashing Arcadium logo. Obnoxious and totally brain-disruptive.

Is anyone having trouble playing the games today? Some are not responding at all!

I am unable to play any games. Keep getting Google stating that the Arcade has viruses. Then my virus software also came into play. Neither one will let me in t he Arcade. So frustrating.

I got the same message several times. There is a virus connected (or was) connected to some of the games.

I was surprised to read no more points. i only play for the chance to win something. I have won a few prizes, for which I am grateful, but to play for no chance of winning, why bother?

I enjoy the arcade games. I earn points, but no matter what – when I go to the arcade store and submit points on an item to try and win, my points are never deleted. I’ve tried everything on my end and nothing.

We don’t like the news and we don’t think it’s good news. If you can’t have points and a chance to win, I don’t care about the arcade games. I love Friday night trivia. Why take away that fun?

Very sad about trivia ending. It was something to look forward to. Ask that you keep it. Don’t care about points as I rarely bid on anything.

Do you, or anyone who makes the decisions, understand why we are here for 3 hours every Friday?
Does any of the decision makers understand this brings in more customers and more sales?
I guess I’ll start hanging out at Facebook on Fridays.

I have really enjoyed the Arcade games over the years. I have won several nice prizes including most recently a 10 piece Curtis Stone cookware set!
Sorry to see the Rewards Points stopping but look forward to what HSN has in store for us in the future.
