Hello Arcade Players! The time has come to retire our Game of the Week, Friday Night Game Night and Rewards Store programs as we work to bring you a new and exciting Arcade experience in 2024. The last day of the Game of the Week sweepstakes will be 9/28 with the final winner announced on 9/29. This will be replaced by a featured weekly game so you can try a new, exciting game each week! The last Friday Night Trivia will also be held on 9/29.
Starting 10/2, tickets will no longer be awarded for playing games, but you will have until the end of the year to redeem your tickets in the Rewards Store. Tickets will be a thing of the past to make room for an improved, faster experience and fresh fun and new games while you shop, only at HSN!

I think they would have the courtesy to respond and post what is going on. You can’t tell me they are so “busy” that they could not give us a quick answer as to whether or not the rewards are done which is not what they posted originally.

HSN What is going on ? You tell us we have until the end of the year (which is December 31, not December1), yet on December 1 there are no prizes shown?
I think you owe your loyal custmers an answer on this!

The points we earned can be applied to prizes thru the end of the year. But this week they are not showing?

Where are this weeks prizes in the rewards store? We were told we have until the end of the year to use our tickets, have you decided to go back on what you’ve told us, without notification?

I think the least HSN could do is remove the limit of how many times we can enter for a prize in the rewards store for the last month. Let us use up our tickets. I still have over 108,000 tickets.

This website is just like QVC now, except their boards are more active.

I don’t mind you taking away the tickets and rewards. I understand it’s a business decision. What I’m not happy about is the spin in announcing it, trying to make it sound like it’s a good thing. I have never found one so called improvement and/or addition of games to be a good thing. I would rather you just honestly explain your business reasoning. The way you announce the changes that most will not like is insulting.

How do we use our points to buy items? Where do we go? Please give instructions. I have loved playing the games. It really helps pass the time when alone.

baylessnana try going to the Rewards Store to use your tickets against the prizes. The Rewards Store is within the Arcade just above the Game of the Week.

Advertising in spanish blocking use of game board – can’t play Solitaire with Ads blocking the screen. HAve popups off and Malwarebytes and it’s still stopping the game

Hi all! As of 10/2, tickets are no longer being awarded for playing games. Your points earned during the game should still be showing at the end of each game however. If they’re not showing up for you, please let us know!
