HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE WON A PRIZE IN THE ARCADE AND NEVER RECEIVED IT?

I saw my name on the winners list for the top prize from the October 1ST drawing. Didn’t get a verification email, chatted with arcade help. Was told it would come by mail. two weeks later, nothing. Called customer service. Was told they don’t have anything to do with the arcade. Chatted again with arcade. Got told to email social something or other. They got right back to me and told me to email prize fulfillment, emailed them twice. No reply. DOES HSN KNOW THESE PEOPLE ARE RUNNING A SCAM IN THEIR NAME! Well they’re about to!

I was on the winners list for Today’s Special Jigsaw: 09/11/20 -09/17/20
Never received verification email or my prize. Contacted customer service (3) times and also prize fulfillment (8) times. I received same answers as you except customer service said arcade is handled by a third party. STILL NOTHING HEARD OR RECEIVED.

25. How can I find out who won?
You can find out the potential winners of each sweepstakes by visiting the Rewards Winners Page. Please keep in mind the information you see on this page is not legally verified.
26. How do I know if there was or was not an alternate winner pulled for the individual sweepstakes?
We will only be posting the nicknames of the winners initially selected as winners. In the unusual event that a player cannot be awarded a prize and an alternate must be chosen, we will not be going back and updating the online winners list. The mail-in winners list will include all of the confirmed winners who were awarded prizes, so if you need this information, the mail-in list is the definite way to get it.
27. I was listed on the Rewards Winners page, but no one contacted me- what happened?
The information that appears on the winners’ page is not legally verified. You will be contacted via email if you are the potential winner. If we do not hear back from you within the time allotted in the Official Rules, your win will be forfeited and an alternate winner may or may not be selected.
28. How long will it take to receive my prize if I am the verified winner?
After your information is verified and you have returned the requested documentation, you will become a verified winner. The prizes will be shipped within 5 to 8 weeks after verification.

  Hi, I read the FAQ’s and rules that’s why I contacted them right away when I didn’t get a prize verification email. Why the person I chatted with told me that I would be notified by snail mail, I don’t know . It just adds to my suspicion that something unfair and illegal is going on with this third party arcade group. I am going to contact HSN and complain about this. They need to do some investigating of this group. You should too. Good luck!

I’ve emailed prize fulfillment – No response
Posted to customer service on the community- No response.

  i have done this and no response-name tristie **********. my mom has the pics of the winners listed-along with ********** -dad **********- the pics are from 0ctber to present-we are all winners listed on the winners page of todays special puzzle!! also we as players would love to know what to do with getting to play the puzzle since flash is dis abled-PLEASE GIVE US AN ALTERNATIVE-YOUR COOPERATION ON THESE MATTERS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

My mom has pics from October 2020 till present-never received emails and neither have my parents-phone numbers are ********** my mom and dad both won and still waiting-you stated in messenger you would contact and never ever did-will it take contacting the BBB or state attorneys office-like i sais we have pics!!\

I won once it took me months to get mine, I called sent emails nothing. I took a picture with my name and what I won before it disappeared. I kept copies of all my phone calls and emails. I finally contacted the attorney general in Florida and filed a complaint on line. Within 2 weeks my prize was delivered.

I have NOT received my prize that I won in November. I have emailed and at first I would get a response that someone would contact me. Now they don’t even reply! This is ridiculous! If they are not going to send out the prizes they need to stop with having winners. So aggravating.

  I never had a problem receiving my winnings.
  E-mail came in and I replied promptly.
  Did you try commenting in the Customer Service thread?
  This sounds very shady!!!

HSN has a Twitter account that seems to be responsive. Maybe this conversation would get more attention if it was discussed there as well.
