How come I never win a Arcade Prize?

I want to know I’ve been playing the Arcade games for over 6 years now, and I’ve NEVER ever won a single prize. I have been entering for all kinds of prizes but never win anything, and want to know why? Is there something that I’m not doing right, I go and enter my tickets which is usually 10 tickets and they say that is all I can enter for that one prize. I see winners every week and wonder why I’ve never won in 7 years!
