Hey Arcadians, the Doors are Open Again.

Hi pookie. Thanks so much for the update. You have been so very helpful in more ways than one.
Hubby is doing Ok. He has gained weight and looks fantastic. He had bladder surgery in November and the catheter is a thing of the past. Now he wants to return home and will know more of what I can do on Feb. 1st when I meet with the administration and the caretakers in the rehab facility. After reading what you went through, I was really skeptical on finding anyone in Fl. would be helpful. But, I was wrong. Hubby had a small blockage near the bladder. The urologist was 99.9% certain that it would be successful. Under anesthesia they removed the blockage and were also able to circumvent the Prostate. Not sure if he will ever walk again, but will handle whatever as it comes. At least he will be home and we will take each day as it comes.
