Help !! Let's Try To Save The Old Games Until December

Thanks for your help OODIE. I am pretty much finished here…Not good. I got this email from HSN today. I got this email from HSN today….I did not call them!!

Though you never asked for my help, I gave it anyway. The post I did below also went to the customer service thread. There has been no response from them either. I did receive something from dynac and evidently they probably never looked at what I said thinking that there was an answer. Guess it goes to show you that they do not read everything that goes to their site. It’s very disappointing to see that “I do not care attitude” that is going on here. HSN under Barry Diller used to reach out. They answered whether it was good, bad or indifferent. It was good PR. Guess the people they hired could care less what their customer thinks, after all they only work here. Very sad indeed. Wonder if Trivia will go away as well?????

Amen (that’s my version of “liking” a comment ;)) and I agree WHOLE-HEARTEDLY. I already miss my favorite games and there MUST be better alternatives!

It is sad fbn, terribly sad, and the new games are really sad.☹

Not one single reply from anyone in charge of the Arcade, same from customer care, aside from an initial reply asking for details, then nothing. HSN doesn’t care, so I won’t be shopping with HSN anymore. And I will be writing a letter to HSN’s corporate affairs naming the HSN reps that didn’t help. It’s sad that’s it’s come to this. Even if the answer was no, with an explanation why, I could take that, but to just be flat out ignored is inexcusable.

Would you shop at a store if you asked for help and the employees all turned their backs on you?

It’s not right. There are too many places to shop, and I spend a LOT of money. So do my friends and family, all of which are also leaving.

I feel I am worthy of a response. After over 30 years, my money is going elsewhere, and I am very sad.

LOVED carniball. 😭Think you beat me a time or two, AprilChild! Lol. Seriously I didn’t realize all of this was happening until tonight (in other words too late). I am one sad insomniac.

I’ll miss trying my luck with other Carniball devotees, especially since I finally got on HSN Community & touched bases with other players. Carniball is only one of two games that I have a chance of winning once in a while, others not so much. I like it because it takes some skill & luck to win & it was fun. If there’s another game you suggest I try, let me know.

Aw shucks, thank you. I finally improved on Carniball and then they took it away. We still have Alt’s, I’m not so good at that one, but I keep trying. ;D
