
HELP, HELP, HELP PLEASE
Is there anyway you can find out if there is a Trivia game tonight, April 2, 2021? In the last four weeks many have been disappointed. Sitting around and twindling thumbs is not a good way for us to spend an evening. Getting the same question pertaining to Baseball week after week without tickets not a good thing either.
I thank you all for responding, but really would like an answer before the game time at 8 pm.

I think it’s fairly obvious the arcade is being phased out. . . . What else makes sense? No one seems to be monitoring, or care.

Wow, Krissy, wow. Guess no one listens or responds to you either? Seems like no one at HSN knows what they are doing so they just keep passing the ball around. In the great scheme of things, this is not so critical, but I feel the anguish and the pain of ALL of us when our voices are not heard and reliable responses are not forth coming. As adults we can accept the way things come and go and that changes are inevitable. Truth is I am thinking of leaving HSN behind and concentrating on more important issues. I have had it up to here with their phony excuses and blatant disregard for answering our questions. The biggest Pinocchio test is the game Flip Out that doesn”t work but somehow is the game of the week! HSN Mods – just be honest and tell us the truth…

Supervisor said that they don’t handle the “online” HSN. She did say she forwarded my concern. It would seem they don’t have a “online” customer service support for customers.
Very frustrating for so many of us.

Thank you Sanibel and Sweeney for your help. I posted this exact thread in Customer Service. For some reason it was taken down, but at least this one remained. Though the answer isn’t what I was looking for, because, I suspect that the Mods and even Customer Service have no way of talking directly to the Technical Unit that runs the Arcade games. Under the old regime, though the answers were slow in coming, we did receive one especially when we were up and running once again. I surmise, we will have to wait until 8 pm to receive the final answer. I for one, would like an answer. It is not only good public relations for the customer/player, but looks even better for the customer service staff. I was in the retail business for many years. If I had treated any customer this way, I would have been fired. Updating the consumer makes for a happy partnership. Even an unsure statement is better than nothing.

I certainly understand the frustration over the last few weeks regarding the trivia game, @oodiebom. I’ve escalated your concern and can’t guarantee I’ll get a response today, but I’ll do my best to see what’s going on.
