Games Problem affects HSN website
I’m not sure what’s going on with this Arcade issue. Don’t want to be a downer but, it is frustrating when you can not get more than half the games to load. When one does it takes forever and slows the whole HSN website. I was able to easily go back and forth and now it freezes.
I like to play and watch while a live show is playing so if I want an item can easily get to it. Not anymore.
I know it was said that they are working on it. Why so long makes me not want to even visit the website.
How long will this go on!

Hi ladycreates, day 11 since I started communication and nothing been fixed. Is a hit or miss playing on my phone. Very very slow load, BLACK SCREEN NO TICKETS, half game screen, fast clock countdown, screen change while playing and on and on. Have documentation show these issues been happening with me 15 months now. The usual comment is we are looking into it and will get back to you. Issues continue to pile up and while they sit back and do zero and this includes the MODERATORS’ TOO.
