games freezing.. losing tickets

Mahjongg..lost tickets ..50 tickets each…and on bubbles.. after doing 14 pages.. they froze.. then shut down…been happening last 2 days.. often..please help.. like playing ans winning tickets.. lost a lot last 5 days.. help.. thanks

I have been losing tickets on a regular basis on Lights, Action, Subtraction, one day over 1,000 points not counted! All of the games running extremely slow. Takes forever when you finish a game and click “Play Again” to get the game to come up. Often faster to shut it down and go back to the beginning and sign in to HSN again. ARRRRGGGGGHHH! Someone please read these messages and get this stuff fixed. We love the games but they are extremely frustrating. To top it off, the questions and answers quit an hour early Friday night. We can’t win so they must be. Come on IT department, please listen to us.

  I won a couple of times in the past, several years ago, when they would routinely offer the stuff that you wondered why in the world anyone would buy that item. You guessed it, that is what I “won” and promptly gave away to fund raising raffles. On the other hand, I was contacted and offered a chance to play a live TV game on a Friday night. It was a game of guessing whether the next number in a series was higher or lower than the next one. I ran the board on that game and won a $900 credit to my account! That was wonderful.

I am seeing word wipe freezing repeatedly while the clock continues. Frustrating and then time runs out and it has been a waste of time. Hope they fix it.
