Game Tickets

My tickets do not show up either when i play games. I use Amazon fire & samsung phone. Doesn’t show on either. Does show when I bid or play spin to win.

Sign in and go to rewards and it shows . Mine don’t show up on arcade but did on rewards. Hope this helps.

They do not care seems like no one is monitoring the arcade. It will be a week tomorrow for me and didn’t even bother playing 2 days and a few days I hardly played long enough. I cannot enjoy playing not knowing what my points are on the top of the page and I am not going back and forth to check on the rewards page.
Between the problems in the arcade and issues when ordering items I am getting fed up and passed on ordering anything since early this year and had to return it. I ordered something 2 weeks ago and still no email saying it was shipped. They kept selling the item for at least a week and I ordered days before the item is sold out. It is pathetic!!!

Games wont load up

I could care less the points show up on the rewards page. I need them to be at the top of the arcade page and on the bottom of the page to show our daily, weekly and overall amount of points we have. I sent a message to feedback on the bottom of this page and told they would send to the right dept. I also complained about an order I placed 2 weeks ago yesterday and still no email that it is shipped. It was not sold out that day it sold out days later so there is no excuse for this long delay. I am beyond fed up with HSN for many reasons and these 2 are top priority now. I just want to spend my relax time playing my games without no hassles. I cannot check right after playing a game to make sure I was credited and I cannot keep 2 windows open on my laptop. I even checked on my phone and the points are not on arcade page. The feedback is the only place to send any complaints since they will not accept emails or allow complaints to anyone about the arcade.
