The beauty of these dough you can make them the day before.
For my hubby, I substituted regular flour for oat flour or sunflower flour. You can also use chickpea flour.

  Oh Sheba they are delicious. I used the short bread crackers recipe and substituted the regular flour, used Sunflower flour and I added some Sunflower seed. Wow, its good. I had to try out a small batch. Tomorrow I will bake the rest.

Now I am very worried, concerned for FBN. I think he last posted was just prior to Thanksgiving. I am wondering if his eyesight is worse and cannot post, though he may have the necessary things to help him. Also, with Covid, you just never know if there will be or there is something else going on. Wish there was a way for his family to let us know.

  It is too bad there isn’t a way to contact FBN. He is always one of the first to post. I didn’t know he had trouble with his eyes. I’ll say a prayer for him.

  Hi Myra1. FBN has a macular problem. MIT is working on a solution. Just hope they do not take too long. A very dear friend in Florida also has the same eye disease. She is in assisted living, though she tries to do as much as she can with her limitations. She and her hubby had a beautiful one story home here. After he passed, she found it difficult to keep it up. It took her three years to find something special. She is in a condo which she bought. The place she in has a van to take her to Dr. appointments and shopping. Also to shows and movies. She can either make a meal in her condo or go to the dining room. She said the food is amazing.

  Good evening Sanibel, Sheba and xango. Sanibel, thank you for starting the Trivia posts. Sorry I’m late. For some reason the Trivia answer did not take. 1904 got an oops.
  
  I am OK. We took a ride to Costco. Shopped, om did we ever shop. Paid for everything and then sat down to a hotdog, soda and slice of pizza. Then got gas. Well, topped it off. Gas here was $2.89, the amount it was at the other gas stations. Today, it was back up to $3.29. Funny, for Xmas, it was lower and then they high ball it for the first of the year. Oh well.
