FRIDAY NIGHT TRIVIA WITH GIFS, CHATTER & JOKES, JULY 9. 2021
Good Evening everyone. I am using this space to let you know that I will not be on line next week. We are finally heading North to check on our homes that we have not seen in a year and a half. We have been fully vaccinated and though still a bit scared and a bit nervous regarding hotel stays and restaurants, the car is raring to go. Hopefully, one or more of you will be able to start the game. I should be back in two weeks (we need to pick up our wifi equipment).
I hope you are ready for some fun. For the newcomers, the questions can be found in the Rewards Store within the Arcade. Questions begin between 8 pm and 8:05 pm EST. depending upon your computer clock. There are six questions during the game. The last question is posted between 10:30 pm and 10:35 pm EST. Again, depending upon your computer clock. Each question lasts approximately 30 minutes, so you will need to come up with the correct response within that time frame. If you answer incorrectly, you will see a red “OOPS.” The incorrect response will not count against you unless the time is up. Each correct answer is worth 200 tickets to use in the Rewards Store against the Featured or Current Sweepstakes. So, before you tear your hair out, before you give up, just return to this thread where one or more of us will be able to help. Also, join us in light conversation, ideas or whatever and LET THE FUN BEGIN…. 🙂💖

Oh no, Legionnaires. I hope this is an isolated case.
State health officials investigating Legionnaires’ cases linked to Albert Lea hotel
Minnesota Department of Health investigators have identified two laboratory-confirmed cases so far among people from unrelated groups who were at the Ramada by Wyndham Albert Lea and spent time in the pool/hot tub area around the last weekend of June. These people became ill between late June and early July. One was hospitalized and has been discharged; one is still hospitalized. There are reports of additional people with this exposure who are experiencing illnesses that might be Legionnaires’ disease; MDH is continuing to investigate.

Me too. It is such a shame with people starting to venture out. Maybe they were shut down for so long, they needed to clean the HVAC system more thoroughly.

My hopes were up and now I’m down again. For all that are just starting out with Trivia, this question has been our broken record for months. If you have never answered this question, go and do so for the 200 tickets. However, if you try to answer this one again, you will get the red oops.

Quite hot and humid in Florida. Temp today was in the 90s and humidity 100%. Good news, low numbers for sinus sufferers. No rain until sometime next week when the weather pattern changes.
