IF IT’S FRIDAY NIGHT……….THEN IT’S TIME FOR TRIVIA………. 🙂
Hope you are all ready for some fun. For the newcomers, the questions can be found in the Rewards Store within the Arcade. Questions begin between 8 pm and 8:05 pm EST. depending upon your computer clock. There are six questions during the game. The last question is posted between 10:30 pm and 10:35 pm EST. Again, depending upon your computer clock. Each question lasts approximately 30 minutes, so you will need to come up with the correct response within that time frame. If you answer incorrectly, you will see a red “OOPS.” The incorrect response will not count against you unless the time is up. Each correct answer is worth 200 tickets to use in the Rewards Store against the Featured or Current Sweepstakes. So, before you tear your hair out, before you give up, just return to this thread where one or more of us will be able to help. Also, join us in light conversation, ideas or whatever and LET THE FUN BEGIN…. 🙂

Good Evening RosaTowwen. I hope the skies are becoming clearer and the air is cleaner. Seems the weather is helping the firefighters make some progress. Hope all is well with you.

The skies are slowly clearing, thank goodness, and some progress is being made. The northern part of California, as well as Oregon and Washington are getting some rain. We have no rain in the forecast for Southern California and unfortunately some dry heavy winds are predicted for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Fingers crossed, and many prayers for the firefighters, victims, and helpless creatures in the forests.
As for myself, I am a happy camper today, as my new tv just got delivered! Tamara presented a Samsung QLED last Friday on her Game On show. I have been saving and waiting for 2 years to upgrade my 32 inch/720 p hand-me-down tv in the living room–waiting for a really nice large 4k. HSN had one last week at a good price and it was the model I really wanted, with the ambient mode. These old eyes will be happy to see a clearer, larger picture on a 55 inch–nearly two feet larger, and going from 720 to 4K! 😁🥳💃🎆

Thank you, xango. I think Hallmark movies are awesome! I don’t have cable, but I do have Prime and Netflix accounts, and I look forward to watching stuff where I don’t have to get up and go close to the tv where I can make out some pertinent detail. At age sixty-nine, my eyes need some help. 😊

Yes, it is a celebration–of sorts. September 13 is the day my husband and I got married. He died 5 yrs. ago, but this would have been our 25th wedding anniversary. I always buy myself a present “from him” or at least something he might have gotten for me. We always practiced delayed gratification, and he would definitely approve of this purchase for our 25th anniversary. ❤️

Oh Rosa, such a wonderful way to celebrate an occasion, even if the other person cannot be there in person. The TV will certainly enlighten your days and evenings. So much to watch these days and like xango, I also enjoy the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel.

It’ is a beautiful 70 degrees here with clear skies. I bought pumpkins earlier this week and now in the process of painting them. Hope all is well with you.
