Please tell me the answer to the last question about water. I submitted many answers with zero luck!

The answer was freeze but it is way to late to use it. You only have the half hour that the question is posted to answer. Come back here next week at 8pm and we will give you lots of help….

Hi everyone, glad to be here tonight! It’s getting colder each day in northern Ohio, so sad to see summer come to an end. The temperature is going to be in the 30’s tonight! I’ve got my heated mattress pad on and the thermostat on the furnace set at 74, so I’m going to stay warm! Christmas is not too far away and looking forward to all the family being home. Hope everyone is well, have fun in here and stay warm and safe!!!

Good Evening Gabbie. It is cold in the Northeast as well. Our temp tonight is supposed to be 28, but a warm up starts tomorrow where we will be in the mid 60s or higher. Hope you will be getting the same. I used to love the snow and cold weather, But after our hot and muggy summer, the cold is no friend and Florida looks better and better.

(Way back about xango’s husband’s diabetes, I just posted a reply)
I’ve actually been wanting to make a post about this topic since August.

There is a book you should read. It’s called “Wheat Belly,” by Dr. William Davis. Dr. Davis is a cardiologist out West (I forgot where) who found that eating wheat, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc.. was causing spikes in sugar. Back in the early days of the 20th century, food had no preservatives, and food was plentiful. However, our government wanted to make more and so started the trial and errors of making more wheat, and more of everything by changing the way things were grown. I think you will find it a good read. It’s a diet that worked for my husband and when the sugar begins to spike we just go right back on it. Dr. Davis also wrote several cookbooks. Yes, you can lose weight on this diet, but there is a way to keep it steady and to gain back some of the extra pounds if you lost too much. Amazon has these books and there is another author as well. His name is Dr. Perlmutter who has his office in Naples, Florida.

I case anyone comes back… New revised version of Wheat Belly coming In December 2019. I put it in my Wish List.
-
I am going to look all of that up! Thank you. So hard to filter what will work in real life from so many (what I call) fad diets that can’t be sustained.
