He reported it to their IT support & his supervisors. I saw ur post Oodiebom, but hoping multiple posts will help to escalate. He suggested it may just be my computer problem. I told him about this thread and people across US had the same issue.

The person I spoke with also reported it to the IT Department. Seems to be working now.

I appreciate your help, however, sometimes with too many fingers in the pot, it can spoil the pot.

Normally, this can be taken care of immediately and if not, we have an answer. But some or most of the Team working from home it becomes quite difficult to obtain an answer. I also do not know at this point, if there is someone working on the weekend. Usually they work Monday thru Friday from 9am-5pm or so with weekends off. I also see that the same question is going past the 9pm hour.

It used to be handled by regular HSN CS, but it isn’t anymore. Maybe they outsourced it.

Sanibel, not sure if it’s out sourced, but have heard rumors. But I do know that most work from home and only go in occasionally. That also goes for customer service staff. I’m sure once they read the notes and our posts on this thread, they will be just as frustrated as we are. Until this pandemic thing is over and our lives become more normalized, let’s be patient.
