Good Evening All. Trivia will be starting within 10-15 minutes. For all the newcomers, the questions can be found in the Rewards Store within the Arcade. All questions posted last approximately 30 minutes. An incorrect answer will not be held against you, but the right one must be posted before time runs out. You don’t have any idea what the correct response is, then, please, return to this thread where one or more of us will be able to help. Sanibel you have the right idea. I also think volunteering is quite helpful as well. There are so many organizations out there that could really use an extra idea or two, an extra pair of hands, and others who love the theater arts, but have no one to go with. There are also others who plan trips and adventures that also get you going.

My apologies everyone, I got torn away from my iPad, lots going on here. I at least got the second answer in on time.
Thank you so much for all your kindness and prayers, I’m hanging in there, but I am all alone now. My daughter is coming out to see me in a couple of weeks. For now, I have only my iPad friends here and on Facebook. I have a few friends in California, but they are working and taking care of their own families. No more pets they have all since passed, now without hubby, I’m all alone here.
I really enjoyed all your messages and pictures. Keep me in your prayers and let’s play trivia!

I’m all alone here except for my 9 yo Rottie mix. She is good company and a great protector. However, conversations are very lacking. I have no children and no family in the area. I had a close BFF, but she has some form of dementia/obsession. So she suddenly doesn’t want to have anything to do with anyone except her immediate family. It gets lonely at times, but I’m trying to get involved with senior activities near me. That has a steep learning curve.

Oh my gosh.
I am bad about putting things into words… Hope you hang in there…being alone is SO hard. It really was friends at my real job and a handful of neighbors that got me through several passings. In particular when my partnered passed on July 25th of 2017. Spent a lot of time getting hugs and hand holding, while at work and crying, from friends.
People here will help and be able to talk.

Thanks OODIEBOM, pipman and sanibel, I appreciate all your comforting.
I did say I’m alone, but my husbands brothers and sisters have been a blessing. Although they live far away they have been very supportive. My husbands eldest brother took care of the services for us, bless him dearly. He told me that my husband and he talked about what my hubby wanted. I’m happy he was placed next to his Mother. My family has been great. I’m so blessed to have them.

So far so good with the power & internet here. Even though there are severe weather watches & tornado warnings all over. Fingers crossed.
