IT’S FRIDAY NIGHT……………IT’S TIME FOR TRIVIA AND THOSE TRICKY QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ……..🙂
Hope you are all ready for some fun. For the newcomers, the questions can be found in the Rewards Store within the Arcade. Questions begin between 8 pm and 8:05 pm EST. depending upon your computer clock. There are six questions during the game. The last question is posted between 10:30 pm and 10:35 pm EST. Again, depending upon your computer clock. Each question lasts approximately 30 minutes, so you will need to come up with the correct response within that time frame. If you answer incorrectly, you will see a red “OOPS.” The incorrect response will not count against you unless the time is up. Each correct answer is worth 200 tickets to use in the Rewards Store against the Featured or Current Sweepstakes. So, before you tear your hair out, before you give up, just return to this thread where one or more of us will be able to help. Also, join us in light conversation, ideas or whatever and LET THE FUN BEGIN….:)

I wonder if all the gamers quit buying for a month, would HSN pay more attention to the problems we point out? 3 to 5 very large $ some months.

In the last six months I have spent big dollars here at HSN. We purchased a Simmons mattress, Wolfgang puck oven, I gots lots of clothes and shoes. We have made purchases all these months since February. I buy as I play the games. Lately the games just stop or freeze up in the middle of a game. I am getting discouraged playing now.

Hi everyone. I am aware of the problem and have notified the customer service staff. I have also asked for either double or triple tickets be awarded since this is the birthday month for HSN. I know a few of you have also shown your displeasure in some of the answers from last week and other weeks as well. Hopefully, this dilemma will be taken care of shortly—–I hope. Fingers crossed.

WOW! I must really cost HSN a ton of money to give us “tickets” or Points so they decided to just repeat the questions thus saving them a lot of big bucks. Kind of goes along with all of the low numbers of points they are giving on the “new” games. Looks like maybe they don’t like their customers much anymore. Don’t expect to get a reply to your questions. It might cost them two minutes worth of salary for someone to answer. (Not totally tongue in cheek.)

We already answered this question before… I got no points because they said I had already won with this answer. We gone from double points to no points, even when we have the correct answer.

Just tried to answer first trivia question. I know the answer was right. It was a question that was asked last week or maybe the week before….my point is, the message said I already answered this question correctly…..yeah last week or whenever it was asked previously. So this is a new week and they ask the question again, but they wont give me the 200 pts. What is going on here?

Hey exactly! I got the same message…saying I already answered the question correctly. Its hardly fair to us players if they are going to recycle questions and then not give us credit for a correct answer because we already answered the questions on another week. Starting to get really irritated with the people who are producing the weekly questions. Come on, you can do better than this!
