Good Evening. I hope everyone had a wonderful week and are now ready to sit back, relax and have some fun. For the newcomers, the questions can be found in the Rewards Store within the Arcade. Questions begin between 8 pm and 8:05 pm EST. depending upon your computer clock. There are six questions during the game. The last question is posted between 10:30 pm and 10:35 pm EST. Again, depending upon your computer clock. Each question lasts approximately 30 minutes, so you will need to come up with the correct response within that time frame. If you answer incorrectly, you will see a red “OOPS.” The incorrect response will not count against you unless the time is up. Each correct answer is worth 200 tickets to use in the Rewards Store against the Featured or Current Sweepstakes. So, before you tear your hair out, before you give up, just return to this thread where one or more of us will be able to help. Also, join us in light conversation, ideas or whatever. LET THE FUN BEGIN….:)

Was late due to being on phone with Amazon Customer Service. They have a bug that keeps cancelling the magazines I order. 2.5 hours with CS & I’m drained.

Gosh. I thought Amazon had a great customer service. I ordered some mags from them also and knock on wood, they always arrive on time.

I have ordered from them before with no problem. I ordered on 01/08/20 and it cleared my credit card no problem. A few days later I got an email that a technical error occurred and the cancelled the magazine. I called and they said the problem was fixed and it really wasn’t cancelled, but it was in my cancelled orders folder.
On Jan 18 I ordered several more, they charged successfully to my cc and status changed to active. Today I checked the magazine subscription manager and all the new orders were labeled that payment method needed to be updated. I called cc bank and all the charges on the 18th went through successfully. Then I got a text and email that one of the Jan 18th magazines was cancelled and I was refunded the cost.
Hence the lengthy CS call. They couldn’t figure out why they (Amazon) cancelled the subscription & refunded my charge. She determined it was an internal computer problem. So she was creating a problem ticket.

Usually, when it’s lengthy like that they tend to call you back while they take care of it from their end with a supervisor. I can well understand your frustration and their’s as well and why it took so long.
