FRIDAY NIGHT TRIVIA ENDING
The last game for Friday Night Trivia will be September 29th. What are your thoughts?

There has been a great deal of discussion about the games that are coming down the end of this month. I know there has been other posts, but thought one area would be easier to post replies and have the tech management take a look. Many of our players live alone and actually look forward to Friday nights. Others not only enjoy the games but love seeing their points add and being able to use those Points towards a prize in the Rewards Store. As for me, I would love nothing better than to use those points towards a purchase at either HSN or QVC.

I agree with you totally and what a great idea to spend the points here on HSN. ✨
I hope we will all be pleased with what HSN will have for the new Arcade. 🌹 -
The other side of this is that quite a few of your customers do not post nor are they on Facebook. So for everyone of our posts there has to be thousands in the mix that are not opening up. You need to remember that most of your customers are not youngsters in their twenties, but rather older adults over 35. Many had spouses when they first started and now find themselves alone. Friday nights is something to look forward to whether is answering the questions, going to Trivia to post or to just find the correct response for those 200 points. I would not be surprised if Friday nights were one of the reasons why your customers shopped more. Points are also fun. At least you know you are aiming for t he top and if not at the top, at least on the first couple of pages. So much fun to see where you are. Maybe you can do the points for a day on each game. I realize I am asking a lot, but those points make the game more realistic and worth going back to again and again. I may not win anything in the Rewards Store, but, it is a reason again for trying. Last, but not least, if you decide that points must go, a better way to help us say goodbye, would be to use those points towards items we can purchase. It could be something of our own choosing or one of yours. Either way it could be a win win situation for all of us.

Me three…..totally agree. Some of us have been with HSN since the beginning. And before that, with QVC, I remember purchasing items back in the 1980’s.

Will they still keep the ‘Community’ billboard? I think there should still be a community hello from everyone on Friday night, just to keep up. I don’t post anymore, but I still like to see what is going on with everyone and how they are doing.

What if we could keep our points and not buy anything? Just keep racking up points for something to look forward to??

I am not happy about Friday Night Trivia ending, and I’m not happy about the points ending and all the other changes.

I’ve long since given up on winning anything, so I don’t really care about Friday night trivia or racking up points, etc. What I do care about is them changing the games that I like to play to make them more difficult. I could always complete Mahjong Dimensions and often get over 50k points. Now I can’t seem to score much over 40k. Same thing with Mahjong Dark Dimensions. I could often complete the game and score over 100K. Since the changes (I think about a month ago) I have not completed the game and am lucky to score 70k. Just leave the existing games alone!

In the last few days I cannot complete a game of Candy Mahjongg or Beauty Report Solitaire without getting a scam on my screen ending the game. It may no longer be safe to play games on HSN and I will have to go elsewhere. Chrome has blocked some games so it is a recognized threat and as my antivirus/malware protection is up to date it must be HSN.
I have to admit I have looked at a lot of products I saw while playing a game and also purchase some or saved them in my favorites to purchase later. Same goes for the Spin2win game.
I am not on social media. HSN and QVC are both going downhill in quality and service.

Many of us are having problems due to the Recaptcha. It could be other tech problems, however, I have had no problems playing the games on my computer. I do have some issues with Kindle Fire. Hopefully, the tech unit will do a fix.
