Friday Night Trivia, August 23, 2019
Good Evening All. Trivia should begin within 5 minutes. For all the newcomers, questions can be found in the Rewards Store within the Arcade. You will have approximately 30 minutes from the time the question is posted to come up with the correct response. Up until that point, incorrect answers will not be held against you. However, before you start pulling your hair out, please return to this thread where one or more of us will verify the one you need. Join us for light conversation, advice, or just plain whatever. Most of all it’s a great time to have some fun. 🙂

@ SanibelSheller, Yes…. My husband retired Navy and we lived in Florida since the 80’s. Jacksonville was our first stop here in Florida. Now he works for the VA in Orlando. So we had to move down here. I hate giving up the house in Jacksonville it’s very nice one. It was a model home when we purchased it.

Jacksonville home sounds very nice. A friend from MN married a serviceman who was stationed in Orlando too. He retired, so they moved back to the twin cities. Good luck selling your house!

Hi FBN and Ms velveteen. Had a feeling you were out in your boat on the lake and keeping cool. It’s still muggy where we are, but the temp has come down a tad.

It’s great to see you here. LOL

I think I’m going to make some chicken soup with wontons and maybe some rice noodles. Too tired and lazy to cut up veggies.
-
Yum, I’m hungry. I wish I liked to cook.
-
If you have an instant pot, cooking can be easy. At least the three things I have cooked so far. hard-boiled eggs, rice, and chicken on the bone(frozen)
-
I do have an instant pot. However, it’s in Florida. Will have to wait until we return for the winter months.
-
I’m taking the easy way out. I have a 32oz container of chicken broth with 40mg of salt. To that I add the rice noodles and the wontons that I purchased at Trader Joe’s. How easy is that??? 🙂
