Flip out game STILL does not finish

I cannot get the FLIP OUT game to finish and it has been almost 9 months since I reported it. PLEASE FIX IT or tell me what to do about it. I have cleared my cookies over and over, so it is not that. The game goes thru about 3 or 4 selections and then freezes up and I cannot go any further, including using the quit key.

How important is this issue to anyone but us–the ones playing the game?
