  This has been going on for me 9 months and all documented too. Said will have arcade techs look into it but nothing has changed and no replys either. Thanks for the reply😀

Me too! I really like the game, but I would like to receive the points. I get the dreaded black screen over and over. I wish the problem could be corrected.
