EGGZ BLAST
Why is it that when playing the arcade game to you get BLACK SCREEN NO TICKETS WHEN FINISHED🤔 Just scored 62530 in EGGZ BLAST but got nothing and not included in top 10 scored for today🤔
Can you explain in detail why? Left HSN because of all the arcade issues with no explanation from anyone in the moderator group, if there is anyone left in this group🤔 And NO, it is not my device, cache or memory clearing. It is an ARCADE ISSUE.

Hello, I just want to say I have a desktop and have the same black screen and no points this has been ongoing for a long time ! this is the first time to tell anyone. I clean & refresh and still no luck. I am sure there are a lot of people having this issue that does not say so.

Sorry for no reply till now. Not playing much because of all the arcade issues. So sad arcade won’t try to fix all their problems but want us to spend money to buy their products. Afraid not👎 Goi g on 4 yrs this has continued and they could care less. Thanks for your reply. Thought this was my mobile device but at least I am not alone.

It’s not your phone. There are some games that may play correctly on a desktop, but not on mobile devices. It’s the game’s fault, not yours.
I’ve had clocks speed up in games and I get lousy scores. I’ve also had clocks stop in other games and I get great scores. It can be frustrating but I doubt it will ever get fixed.

Thank you. I had never had any issues until HSN was sold to QURATE RETAIL and then this started, 3± yrs ago. No communication, replys or anything for support. Shows you what QURATE RETAIL wants, $$$ and nothing else👎👎

Update, now got to play 5 games before BLACK SCREEN NO TICKETS. If my device is the issue, then why did I just play the game🤔 Makes NO SENSE. TELLS ME THE APP IS THE ISSUE NOT THE DEVICE OR BROWSER USED🤔

Are you using a ad blocker? Many things could be causing your problem. Your machine might need a good cleanup.. I clean mine every day.

This is a new day, played roughly over q hour, have 1010 tickets and only received 2 BLACK SCREEN NO TICKETS.
I clean my phone multiple time per day, cache, history and all.
This tells me this app is awful when 1 day very little problems then all of a sudden every game is BLACK SCREEN.
This arcade group of support is worthless when support is needed. These BLACK SCREENS is just one of many issues playing EGGZ BLAST I get fast clock countdown when a game last maybe 30 SECONDS, half screen pops up and eggz won’t go up to explode others are just a few issues Also this clock countdown really is way off. After clearing a screen to move on to the next you lose 2 seconds in time 😱 The more you clear, more time you lose so a game is around 1 minute depending on where you stand in the game. Scored 68000+ today, #11 in scoring which I lost 24 seconds in screen changes🤔 TOTAL AWFUL MAINTENANCE OF AN ARCADE. TRUTH DOES HURT 🤔

Thank you. I have Chrome which I used all the time. Also have Edge and Firefox browsers. Have tried all 3 off and on and they all get the BLACK SCREEN NO TICKETS. This has been going on for over 3 yrs and get no help from Moderators. All this started when HSN sold all the company to QURATE RETAIL 3+ years ago. Even got a new phone, current updated browsers and all and still get it. Guess it is time to leave HSN again since no support. Thanks again for your input. 😀

GUESS WILL BE LEAVING AGAIN BECAUSE OF LACK OF SUPPORT. BEEN GONE 6 MONTHS, COME BACK AND STILL THE SAME SINCE I LEFT
HSN ARCADE NO CLUE AND OWNER QURATE RETAIL DOESN’T CARE.
