I did not lose any arcade tickets on New Years day. However, I did lose 280 tickets from my Lifetime Total on or about June 26, 2020. So far I have not received a reply from HSN.
Does anyone in the HSN Community have advice? I called Customer Service and was told to go to HELP on the HSN home page. Was told I would get an answer in 24 hours. We shall see.

I notice I don’t get as many points on most of the games. The Solitaire game cards move slower for instance.
