My ‘search’ button isn’t working in the HSN Community to explore HSN customer’s feedback/information on the Capillus202 Battery-Operated Laser Hair Therapy Cap (700-947), so I apologize if this question is redundant…

There are 15 total Capillus reviews that aren’t as helpful or informative as I’d hoped they’d be. There are 4 “5-STAR” reviews, but the commentators stated they had just received the item and had rated the packaging and/or their high-hopes. Has anyone had a decent result after using this system for more than 3 months? I am on my 3rd full month and out of the 78 days I have owned this unit, I have used it 75. According to the commercials and HSN presentation, I seem to be a perfect candidate for this and have been following the instructions to a “T”, however, I have had zero results. I know there is a 6-month return, full-refund guarantee, but does it not work? Is it too soon to see results? Will I see hair growth on the 179th day? Do I have a defective unit? Just asking…
