Can't play some games

All of a sudden this afternoon I can’t bring up many games to play. The only playable games are ones that seem to be directly related to HSN, such as Monday Night Mahjong, etc. I’ve tried the usual sign in of clicking on the padlock, then allow but don’t get the box to Reload. Is this me or is it HSN?
