Backgammon isn't keeping score properly

What’s going on with backgammon? It’s erasing my score and not keeping new ones. Everytime I finish playing with one player and go to the next player, it’s erasing my score and taking it back to 1500. No matter what, it’s keeping my score at 1500 when I play the next player. Can you guys fix this please? Thanks.
