Are the games super slow for anyone else?

Very unresponsive and slow…

Well I am not a computer nut but have some common sense. Correct me if I am way off but when you have so much junk in a system like 2 plus years in arcade community all that has to load up and that takes time. Now add all the comments in all the community groups and this alone takes time and space. As for arcade, may times I go to get my game but another pops up, 7 or 8 spaces before my game and I shake my head, oh how slow. Too much junk.

Mahjongg games on HSN are crashing my computer every single time I play them now. They are all lagging pretty bad allowing us more actual time to find the matches, while less time counts down on the clock. This results in much higher game scores. The problem is the game always crashes so you don’t get any points anyway. I stopped playing games on HSN a week ago and did not have one single crash. I got on and played Mahjongg Dimensions this morning and it crashed my computer on the 3rd screen. Consider this a venting session, since no one from HSN ever monitors the issues with the games much less resolves them.

I will start playing a game and it freezes up and won’t let me do anything then I have to get off the site and log back on again and start all over again. . Very frustrating.

The games are not only super slow, but they jump around making me crazy. My favorite games are impossible to play like Trizzle. I gave up and went to another site to play it. There, I also found many other good games. Look for sites that offer free games – often your internet provider will have them. I don’t think HSN has any tech people on hand to fix the problems. This has been going on for a very long time now and there is no one to report the problems to. It used to be “Fun Here”! Not anymore.

I am having the same problem with them being so slow I don’t want to play anymore. Is just to frustrating. Has anyone received a reply from HSN as to the problem?

Not only is it slow now, but every time I play a mahjong on the HSN arcade, it crashes my computer. Not at the beginning, but when I’m almost finished. What’s amazing is that I can play mahjong on many other sites with no problems. I can use my computer for days, playing games, paying bills, shopping, reading the news, anything except play HSN games. EVERY TIME I play a mahjong game on the HSN arcade my computer crashes. I guess they don’t like my comments very much. 🙂

Yes it started last night. I thought I needed to reboot my PC. But that didn’t help. It’s still very slow today! I even switched games and that game is slow too!! HSN PLEASE SEND HELP!!!!!!

Yes, so slow it’s pointless to play. It’s almost as if they are doing everything in their power to ensure no one wants to use the site. There have been no improvements on the game site in over 5 years. I used to be on this site every day and did a lot more shopping with HSN. Now buying everything on Amazon.

Yes. Not only slow but pop up ads prevent play on all games.

i just tried majong on the aarp game website and it is super slow also – must be something with whoever the games come from,.

yes, super slow – but i am getting more points- it is annoying.
