I’m accessing the HSN ARCADE using Chrome on my iPad Pro. The header no longer shows my current points & my lifetime points. It was fine earlier today. I clear the browser history and rebooted my iPad. Didn’t help. Does anyone else experiencing this problem?
I went into the rewards store and my points showed up there. but now the game page won’t load at all. and again no personal info on the page header. BTW the points on the reward page do NOT reflect that I have played here all day today. points won’t ultimately matter to me. but they are kind of fun and I do enjoy the games so very much.
Hi oblivia😃 NEEDS (2) SEPARATE OPEN WINDOWS-1) for Rewards page AND 1) SEPARATE FOR THE ARCADE GAMES BEING PLAYED… then MUST REFRESH ‘Rewards’ WINDOW EACH TIME TO CHECK FOR THE ADDED/UPDATED TICKETS FOR GAME JUST PLAYED. THIS HAS BEEN WORKING FOR ME FOR 2+ DAYS NOW. I started a new ‘Community Forum’ topic, ‘Games Are Registering Tickets’ to explain what’s working ‘for me’ … well, as best I can anyway – I’m DEF NOT computer saavy, LOL. Hope Helps – Good Luck 👍😃💛
I’m on an iPad. The name/scores is not there, the large weekly puzzle is gone, and the box at the bottom of the games for total scores is gone. The name/scores was gone yesterday, but the total scores for the day/week/all time were there yesterday. They keep making “improvements” every day.
I’m having the same problem. I’m on a computer using Firefox. It’s been like that for a while now.
