How do you bring up the arcade games?
I can’t find them.

Can I fix the size of the games on my screen? Some games are too big to play. I can’t see the entire game board.

New games stink. No explanations of getting points or how to use them. The format is confusing.

  Hi Jann & all you Arcade Ladies. If you go to the Arcade and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on HELP GUIDE you can read all about the Arcade Arena, then click on FEATURES and you can read all about Coins, XP’s and Avatars. You will also find that you will have to sign in if you want your scores to show up. You can pick out an Avatar from their collection. Have fun. 😊

  Very confusing, I did find out that under each category if you click on more options it brings up more games within that category. Problem is most of those games do not give you coins, I Still do not know what good the coins are. No one from the Arcade team has explained anything. It will probably be another 8 months before they do. Also what is an Avatar?

does anyone know what happens as we move to new levels? with coins we get avatars but what about leveling up? Are there no more prizes?

I don’t mind the new games but there is No direction from anyone on how the coins earned can be redeemed? Thank you

  @luvalatte, did you get points but 0 tickets? They are no longer giving tickets, but you should still get game points (scores).

Ruby,
Where it says HSN, Watch, Connect, (above left), hit connect and it lists Arcade. Hit Arcade and the games come up.

  Hi Ava. I’m using my smart phone. Watch and connect are not showing up. Maybe on a tablet or computer that has a bigger screen.

  Ruby, sometimes the font may be too large for the cell. There should be either a dot in the upper right corner or several dots in a row. If you touch that area it will bring down a list of things. One of the areas just might be called desktop site. If you touch it, it should automatically go to mobile site which will minimize the window. I need to do this with my phone as well as with the Kindle Fire. I use this also for Community to read the entire page and to use the keyboard to leave a message. I hope this answers your question.
